Single-origin chocolate made with cocoa beans from the rediscovered “Sur del Lago” Maracaibo plantations, in Venezuela. In 75% and 90% versions, to be tasted alone or combined with fine wines and liqueurs.
The ancient blend of Maracaibo, rediscovered today by Majani, is already mentioned in the nineteenth-century notebooks of the ancestor Giuseppe as one of the world’s best cocoa blends: a unique mix, with ancient Criollo, Trinitarian hybrids and a small amount of Amazonic cocoa. Its precious aromatic bouquet is made up by scents and flavors of dried fruit, milk, flowers and wood with a pleasant acidity, together with panela sugar and coffee. GO TO THE SHOP
