An eloquent name with an elegant graphics, for a product unique. The first recipe dates back to 1832: at this time the chocolate was known exclusively as a drink so that it was the first solid chocolate to be produced in Italy. Today the new technologies faithfully reproduce the ancient manufacturing system used by Majani Chocolatiers from generation to generation. The careful selection and blend of the finest cocoa powders give to Majani Sfoglia its unique crumbly taste and vintage aroma. Originally called "Scorza" because of the wrinkle and irregular shape similar to a tree bark. "Sfoglia Nera", is the evolution to give emphasis to product features.
